SmartPoster is a cloud-based system for the automated management of digital content in cinemas. Managing digital posters used to be time-consuming manual work: regularly uploading posters, updating film listings, assigning screening times. SmartPoster fully automates this process and brings cinemas a modern solution for digital signage.
How does SmartPoster work?
The whole process runs in four steps:
- Data retrieval - it pulls the program from the cinema's website, the box-office system, an Excel file or the Disfilm service
- Content processing - films are paired with posters and video material from the database
- Optional editing - the operator can adjust the playlist through the admin panel
- Distribution - the content is automatically sent to all connected displays

- Posters with screening dates - a poster with the date and exact time added
- Living Posters - animated MP4/WebM video content
- Custom content - ads, the cinema's logo, QR codes and more
