Windows 7 has been with us since October 22, 2009. For a full 10 years, Microsoft provided support for it. That support ends on January 14, 2020. Microsoft will no longer address technical issues or release security updates. Does this mean the end? Windows will not stop working. But it will become vulnerable and unsafe.
